They were both real estate service companies that worked jointly on many projects. Athenian and Razak came to Grimm & Grove to assist with both its marketing and business development programs. Little did any of us know how much our relationship would transform their business.

Both companies needed marketing and business development programs for the usual reasons: to broaden their relationship base, increase the prestige of their brands and drive new business.
After a thorough and intense brand analysis of the two companies, we made a startling recommendation: that the two companies merge for a stronger market position.
Less than a year after our recommendation to merge, the two companies did. The new company, known as AthenianRazak, needed a brand. Grimm & Grove created a new visual identity, website, collateral materials and messaging to reflect the company’s new corporate capabilities and values, as well as generating a substantial number of media contacts for the firm.
In addition to being a major consultative force in the forming of its merger, Grimm & Grove also leveraged its extensive network to help AthenianRazak select sponsorships, form business development connections and find membership opportunities.
Today, AthenianRazak is a powerful brand with an enhanced position in the marketplace. Their executives have made meaningful connections with regional influencers and potential clients and have grown significantly since the merger.
